Your Consent Controls What Loads

When you first visit, we show a consent banner. Until you choose "Accept all," we load only essential cookies — no analytics or advertising technologies run. If you reject, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or if you have not yet chosen, none of the analytics or advertising cookies described below are set.

Your choice is remembered for 365 days in a first-party cookie named pw_consent.

Essential Cookies

These first-party cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function. They are set regardless of your consent choice and cannot be turned off through the banner.

• session_id / session_sig — maintain your anonymous portrait session and verify its integrity so your uploads and previews stay tied to you.
• Supabase authentication cookies — keep you securely signed in to your account.
• pw_consent — remembers your cookie consent choice (accepted or rejected) for 365 days.
• visitor_region — records approximate region (for example, EU detection) so we can apply the correct privacy controls.
• gpc_signal — records whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control opt-out signal.
• privacy_opt_out — records your "Do Not Sell or Share" choice from the Privacy Choices page so we stop loading advertising cookies.
• pw_attr — first-party attribution cookie storing a referral code and UTM parameters for roughly 90 days, so we can credit how you found us.

Analytics & Advertising Cookies

These load only after you click "Accept all" in the consent banner. If you reject, send a GPC signal, or have not chosen, none of these run. When enabled, they set their own cookies and may share data with the providers below:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measurement. Helps us understand which pages and styles are popular and how visitors move through the site, in aggregate.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — conversion tracking and retargeting. Measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and lets us show relevant ads to people who have visited.
• TikTok Pixel — conversion tracking and retargeting. Measures the results of our TikTok ads and supports retargeting on TikTok.

These providers act as third parties and may process data, including identifiers and your activity on our site, on their own infrastructure. We never load them without your prior consent.

How to Withdraw or Change Consent

You can change your mind at any time:

• Use the consent banner — reopen it to reject analytics and advertising cookies. New rejections take effect immediately and we stop loading those technologies.
• Clear your cookies — deleting cookies in your browser removes pw_consent, which resets your choice and shows the banner again on your next visit.
• Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) — supported browsers and extensions can send a GPC signal. We honor it automatically as an opt-out, and no analytics or advertising cookies will load.
• Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies entirely. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the service.
