What This Means
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Under these laws, "sale" includes any transfer of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and "sharing" includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our Current Practices
Painted Mares does not sell your personal information for money, and we never share it with data brokers or identity resolution vendors. By default we run on essential first-party data only.
Only if you click "Accept all" in our cookie banner do we load advertising and analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel. Under the CCPA/CPRA, letting those providers receive online identifiers and your activity for cross-context behavioral advertising counts as "sharing." Opting out below, rejecting cookies in the banner, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal stops this immediately.
Our service partners (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Prodigi and Printful for printing, OpenAI for image generation) receive only the minimum information needed to perform their services and are bound by data processing agreements restricting their use of your data.

Other Ways to Control Your Privacy

- Data access: You may request a copy of all personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will receive the same quality of service and pricing regardless of your privacy choices.
